Booking & Cancellation Fees

Monkeytravel is a no fees for cancellations or changes!

If a penalty occurs at a product seller (hotel, tour company, spa, etc.), we will help you in a direction without penalty as much as possible, but if a penalty occurs, you may not be able to refund the amount excluding the penalty or refund the full amount.
Monkey Travel does not charge a separate fee, but only a penalty charged by the seller of the product.
Below is a general cancellation policy, and products with a stricter cancellation policy than below are subject to the criteria.

Hotel Reservation change and cancellation fee

High season November 1st ~ the following year's March 31st

Notice of cancellation policy during the high season and holidays

In the high season, such as year-end holidays, Korean holidays, and Vietnam holidays, strict cancellation penalties may apply.
Please be more careful about the reservation and cancellation during this period.
If there are unexpected circumstances, we will try to negotiate with the hotel on your behalf.

Refund policy

The refund process varies depending on the payment method as follows:
Virtual account and wire transfer :
Please provide the exact account number to receive the refund.
The refund will be deposited into the account within 2 business days from the date of receipt.
Credit card and real-time account transfer (full cancellation) :
The card authorization cancellation or transfer cancellation process will be performed.
It may take 1~7 business days for the actual limit recovery and completion of the refund.
Mobile phone payment :
Only the payment for the current month can be canceled.
The amount excluding the fee of 3.5% will be refunded to the account.

Reservation change and cancellation notice

All cancellation and change requests are based on 18:00 Korean time. Any requests received after 18:00 are considered to be received the next day.
The check-in date calculation is based on business days excluding public holidays in Vietnam (Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays in ).
The general cancellation policy provided above is a reference only and may differ by product and date. The actual product regulations take precedence.
Pre-announced guaranteed bookings (non-refundable reservations, etc.) are non-refundable in full regardless of the remaining period.
In the case of early check out after check-in at a hotel, the amount for the remaining period is non-refundable.
Separate foreigner rates may apply to foreigners (including foreign passport holders) other than Koreans.
Frequent changes or cancellations may result in a penalty, even if the date is eligible for full refund. Please note this.
Cancellation must be requested through Monkeytravel, We are not responsible for any disadvantages that may arise from requesting cancellation directly to the hotel or relevant business.
Monkeytravel is a reservation agency for the product selected by the customer. Any disputes regarding exaggerated advertising, false or defective products, deposits, etc. must be resolved directly between the customer and the company that sold the product.
