▶To maintain the quality of the visitor experience, admission to the permanent exhibition is limited to 20 visitors per minute.

▶Smoking is prohibited throughout the museum, including both indoor and outdoor areas.

▶The museum’s outdoor areas are located within an air traffic control zone. For flight safety, the use of sky lanterns, fireworks, kites, radio-controlled aircraft, drones, and other objects that could affect aviation safety is prohibited.

▶Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs for guests with disabilities.

▶Long umbrellas and oversized items are not permitted inside the exhibition area.

▶Food and drinks, including gum and beverages, are not allowed inside the museum.

▶Photography is not allowed anywhere except in designated areas. Flash photography and tripods are prohibited in the exhibition halls.

▶ Slippers and roller shoes are not permitted inside the museum. Bicycles and boards may not be brought into the museum.

▶Under its on-site admission rules, the museum reserves the right to deny entry to visitors whose conduct may compromise the safety of its collections or disrupt the order of the visit.

▶General visitors are kindly asked to refrain from using the elevator for guests with disabilities. Each guest with a disability may be accompanied by up to 2 people.

▶The roadside area at the entrance is for temporary drop-off and pick-up only. Vehicles parked illegally will be towed.
