Important Information
▶Pregnant guests, guests with disabilities, and seniors aged 60 or over may purchase discounted tickets on-site upon presentation of the required documentation.
▶ Height restrictions apply: guests must be between 140 cm and 190 cm tall.
▶Opening and closing hours vary by area within the amusement park.
Most attractions remain open even in rainy weather, but some rides may be temporarily suspended.
▶The voucher can also be presented as an image on your mobile phone. Please bring your passport, as your name will be checked against the English name shown on it.^^
▶ If the amusement park closes due to severe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund. Please note that refunds are not available if only some rides are suspended.

Entry will be denied, with no refund available, if the name on your passport differs from the name on the reservation or if you do not have your passport with you.
