Important Notice
▶This voucher can be used once on any date. It is valid for one year from the ticket purchase date.
▶Flash photography is strictly prohibited inside the aquarium.
Smoking, betel nut consumption, and chewing gum are prohibited inside the aquarium.
▶The Polar Regions Exhibit is kept at a very low temperature to replicate the environment of a penguin habitat. Please bring a jacket.
▶Pets are not permitted. However, service animals, including guide dogs, are allowed when accompanied by valid certification.
▶Smoking and drinking are not permitted. Anyone found violating this policy will be asked to leave immediately.
▶Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted and can be accommodated.

- Children aged 0–5 or 115cm or shorter may enter free of charge. Free admission is available only when accompanied by a guardian with a valid ticket. Children aged 6 or older, children 115cm or taller, and guests aged 65 or older must purchase tickets on site by presenting valid identification.

Your voucher with a QR code will be sent separately to the email address you provided. Please be sure to check your email.
Present the printed or mobile voucher with the QR code to staff. After scanning it, they will exchange it for a physical ticket, which you can use to enter. - Important Information

Children aged 6 or those measuring 115 cm or taller, as well as visitors aged 65 or older, must present valid identification and purchase tickets directly at the venue.
Visitors with disabilities and one accompanying guardian may enter free of charge. (The Virtual Ocean World VR experience is not included.)
