- The shuttle fare is 50 TWD per person, one way. Please pay at the hotel front desk.

- For the return shuttle from Wulai to Xindian, reservations can also be made directly with the resort.
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure.
- After exiting Xindian Station, turn left. The shuttle pickup point is in front of the Starbucks entrance at the bus stop.
- For your convenience, shuttle reservations are available only to guests who have booked Volando or Trio Hot Spring.; As this is a mountainous area, mosquitoes may be present.
