When booking your airport Pick-up, please be sure to enter your flight number and scheduled arrival time. Your driver will be waiting according to your flight’s arrival time.; Golf Course Round-Trip Transportation and Hotel Meeting Instructions; This reservation includes pick-up from your hotel, transfer to the golf course, and Drop-off back at your hotel after your round.

For the hotel Meeting Point, please go outside to the main entrance, where you will find the driver holding a sign. The driver will be waiting outside the main entrance, not in the hotel lobby.; Dress Code; Round-neck T-shirts, soccer jerseys, board shorts, jeans, and short shorts are not permitted on the course.

Some golf clubs do not allow China-collar golf shirts sold as golfwear in Korea, so we recommend wearing a standard polo shirt instead.

Knee-length shorts are permitted.; Rainy Weather Policy; Unless the golf course contacts you in advance due to rain, you must still go to the golf course.

Golf rounds generally proceed even in rainy weather. Unless the golf course decides to suspend play due to torrential rain, thunder, lightning, or other severe conditions, you must still go to the golf course.

If you choose to stop playing due to rain, rather than the golf course suspending play, no refund will be provided. The golf course will not issue a refund under these circumstances.

If play is suspended by the golf course due to torrential rain, thunder, lightning, or other severe conditions, the decision will be made on-site based on the situation that day. Please contact the Monkey Travel emergency number immediately.

In most cases, guests wait until conditions improve and then resume play.

If you booked round-trip transportation to the golf course, the transportation fee will not be refunded separately if the golf course suspends play.

After your booking is confirmed, please provide your gender, whether you are left- or right-handed, and the number of sets required via the 1:1 inquiry board or KakaoTalk.

Please pay for the club rental directly at the golf course on the day of your round. (We will note this on your voucher.); Luggage Storage Information; The round-trip vehicle service to the golf courses is for transportation only, so luggage cannot be stored in the vehicle.
Golf bags also cannot be stored in the vehicle during the golf package period.

* We will request the same vehicle for the entire golf package, but this may not be possible if an issue arises with the vehicle or driver.
* If the vehicle assignment changes unexpectedly on a golf day, your golf bags may not be accessible. Please store them at the hotel front desk instead.; How should I tip the caddie?; In Taiwan, caddie tips are paid separately from the caddie fee. The amount varies by golf course, but the standard tip is generally NT$300–500 or more per 18 holes. Please pay the tip directly to your caddie at the end of your round.
