- Children aged 36 months to 6 years (height 91–119 cm) charged for the child rate.
- Children 120 cm and above charged the same rate as adults.

- When requesting a pickup, the meeting location is the lobby of your hotel in Chiang Mai. Please arrive at your hotel lobby and wait at least 5 minutes before the scheduled meeting time shown on your booking confirmation.
- Please note that pickups may not be available for accommodations located outside of downtown Chiang Mai. Even if pickup is possible, additional charges may apply.
- Luggage and large bags cannot be brought into the vehicle. If you are traveling after hotel check-out, please leave your luggage and bags at the hotel front desk before departure.
