Opened in 1910, it is considered one of the architectural landmarks representing Thai history and culture. The railway station consists of three wooden buildings, famous for its distinctive design featuring white brick walls and dark roofs. Since it is not a high-speed train, the journey by train from Bangkok to Hua Hin takes a considerable amount of time, making it less practical as a mode of transportation for travelers.
